very thorough examination of our own offices
in order to improve the welfare of our workers.
Thanks to this consultation, we have improved
not only the space, but we have introduced
other services such as, for example, private insurance,
healthy food that is available to everyone
and the installation of a gym. We want
to move forward to know how to improve. We
have a very good base which is the quality of
life within the space itself. The challenge now
is to reach all the people in the team and to
improve even more in 2018 with a new distribution
of spaces with all the furniture novelties

have you experienced this process which
has now reached the level of the “modern

Your concern for the environment and
sustainable design is also one of Actiu’s values.
To what extent is the Spanish contract
market prepared to give sustainability that
value we are talking about?
It is not a matter of preparation. We must be
practical and think about the future. Our children
surely do not see nature as we see it. The
companies of our country must endure and,
therefore, it is important to invest in sustainability.
It is not a marketing or communication
issue. Investing in it really gives results and the
proof we have in our energy savings. In addition,
it is something that is taken for granted
