ha colaborado con Lauten Woodworking, fabricante canadiense de
prestigiosas propiedades residenciales y comerciales, para aportar sus
productos Anti-Scratch Resistance y Barnices Acrílicos para una innovadora
casa pasiva. Diseñada por Battersby Howat y construída por
Naikoon Contracting, es la primera casa certificada de impacto cero en
West Vancouver. Con las soluciones eco-sostenibles Milesi, IVM muestra
calidad y alto nivel estético y funcional.
IVM. West Bay Passive Home. West Vancuver. Canadá. The company
has collaborated with Lauten Woodworking, a Canadian manufacturer
of prestigious residential and commercial properties, in order
to contribute to its Anti-Scratch Resistance and Acrylic Varnishes products
for an innovative passive house. Designed by Battersby Howat
and built by Naikoon Contracting, it is the first certified zero-impact
home in West Vancouver. With Milesi eco-sustainable solutions, IVM
reveals quality and a high aesthetic and functional level.

WTC en un lugar de encuentro atractivo para visitantes era el objetivo de
los arquitectos de interiores Huguette Crielaers y Marjolein van der Tol de
Crielaers & Company. El mayor desafío fue crear una atmósfera cálida y
acogedora. Los diseñadores han combinado sabiamente la mayor parte
de la colección STUA, creando áreas de reunión, espacios de descanso
y una nueva cantina. El espacio incluye: sillas Gas y Laclasica, butacas
Libera y Costura, etc.

into an attractive meeting place for visitors was the goal of interior architects,
Huguette Crielaers and Marjolein van der Tol of Crielaers & Company.
The biggest challenge was creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The designers have wisely combined most of the STUA collection,
creating gathering areas, rest spaces and a new canteen. The space includes:
Gas and Laclasica chairs, Libera and Costura armchairs, etc.

El estudio de arquitectura e interiorismo, ha concluido el proyecto de
renovación del nuevo centro residencial del Grupo Emera en Madrid.
El proyecto se ha dirigido a dotar al edificio de una nueva y atractiva
estética, al tiempo que logra la máxima funcionalidad de los elementos,
tanto en las zonas comunes, como en las habitaciones. Un cuidado diseño
desarrollado con líneas contemporáneas que transmiten frescura.

Spain. This architecture and interior design studio has completed the
renovation project for the new residential centre for the EMERA Group
in Madrid. The project has been aimed at giving the building a new and
attractive aesthetic look, while achieving the maximum functionality of
the elements, both in the common areas and in the rooms. This is a careful
design developed with contemporary lines that convey freshness.
