EDIFICIO ONE, QUITO, ECUADOR. La composición Fluo diseñada por
Arturo Álvarez corona la recepción del Edificio One, un complejo residencial
de lujo con interiorismo de Uribe Schwarzkopf. El modelo de
lámpara colgante Fluo Compo grande es una forma ligera que reproduce
la ilusión de un tejido vaporoso, como un tul semitransparente que revela
y oculta a la vez, jugando con la intuición del que la observa.
EDIFICIO ONE, QUITO, ECUADOR. The Fluo composition designed by
Arturo Álvarez crowns the reception of Edificio One, a residential complex
luxury with its interior design by Uribe Schwarzkopf. The large Fluo
Compo pendant lamp model is a light form that reproduces the illusion
of a vaporous fabric, like a semi-transparent fine fabric that reveals and
hides at the same time, playing with the intuition of the observer.

SL ha sido el encargado de cubrir toda la carpintería en madera que
compone este proyecto del estudio Janfri&Ranchal. Desde las áreas
comunes, donde la madera de roble se fusiona con colores cálidos y
adornos metálicos dorados en el lobby, la recepción y el restaurante;
hasta los armarios y cabeceros integrados de las habitaciones, pasando
por los ventanales abatibles o las puertas, y detalles como el
revestimiento de pilares y los rodapiés.

SL has been responsible for covering all the wood carpentry that
makes up this project headed by the Janfri & Ranchal studio. From
the common areas, where oak- wood meets warm colours and gold
metallic trim to the lobby, reception and restaurant; to the built-in
wardrobes and headboards in the rooms, through the casement windows
or the doors, and details such as the lining of the pillars and
the skirting boards.

SEDE SECURITAS DIRECT EN POZUELO DE ALARCÓN, MADRID, ESPAÑA. Un
proyecto conceptualizado por el estudio The Move e implantado por EOS en los tres
edificios que conforman las oficinas centrales de la empresa de seguridad. Los jardines
verticales y la decoración vegetal preservada de Greenarea, soluciones 100% naturales
sin mantenimiento, están presentes en diferentes zonas de trabajo y salas de los edificios,
ayudando a incorporar beneficios del diseño biofílico como el bienestar.
SECURITAS DIRECT HEADQUARTERS IN POZUELO DE ALARCÓN, MADRID,
SPAIN. A project conceptualized by The Move studio and implemented by EOS in the
three buildings that make up the headquarters of the security company. The vertical
gardens and preserved plant decoration of Greenarea, 100% natural solutions without
maintenance, are present in different work areas and rooms of the buildings, helping to
incorporate benefits of biophilic design such as well-being.
