A blank sheet
Open spaces, neutral colours, pure and straight lines provide the employees with all the prominence necessary for
focusing on promoting, above all, individual efficiency and productivity. This is the new headquarters of Vondom.

Less is more is the concept for the new Vondom
offices in Beneixida, Valencia. “The project is
based on the idea of creating diaphanous spaces
that allow the interaction and dynamism of
different work teams, thus reflecting in its essentials
the spirit of Vondom”, explains Ramón
Esteve, the architect behind the interior design
project. “We have committed to clean lines and
the use of black and white as a backdrop to
give prominence to each of Vondom’s designs.”
Vondom’s Top Ten Pieces
The building has two floors. On the lower one
we find the reception and the lounge, with sofas
from the “Tablet” collection designed by Ramón
Esteve. Behind the reception is the dining
room for employees, with “Frame” tables, by
Esteve himself, and the “Love” chairs designed
by Eugeni Quitllet. In the rest area, the “Pixe”
modular sofa has been placed alongside tables
from the same collection. Likewise, in the different
meeting rooms, “Frame” tables and “Faz”
chairs have been chosen.
Fluid communication
The upper floor is occupied by the R+D+I,
marketing, sales, IT, administration and finance
departments. All are located in an open
room that encourages fluid communication
and the vision reaches as far as possible. The
different workstations encourage intimacy, but
at the same time employees can communicate
freely with their colleagues since the dividing
elements are minimal and there is no visual
contamination. At the end of the corridor, with
the aim of having a quieter and more discreet
area; management offices and various meeting
rooms are located.
For Ramón Esteve, “shaping the values of a
company and materializing them has been
an exciting challenge. I feel satisfied to have
created a scenario where all the members of
the company work daily, fashioning a friendly
environment in which to develop their full potential”.
